Exhibitor Info
We are looking for exhibitors in STEAM-related fields, community organizations, and government entities to participate in STEAM Fair 2023. If your organization fits within one of the following categories and you would like a presence at the Fair, sign up and we’ll see you at the fair.
- Science-related organization or Business
- Technology-related organizations or Businesses
- Engineering-related organization or business
- Arts-related organizations or business
- Math-related organization or business
- Family-based or education-related organization or business
- Community building and empowerment organization or business
- Government organizations centered on youth and community services
Booth Info
- The Fair Expo is in Hall A of the Osceola Heritage Park Event Center.
- A standard booth 10X10. Larger and premium spaces are also available.
- Whether it is a widget to color or a model of a machine integral to your profession, every vendor must provide something for attendees to interact with and, if possible, take home. We want this to be an interactive experience, not just sharing a flyer or business card.
- Throughout the fair, there will be scavenger hunts attendees will participate in to win prizes. If participating, you will be provided a stamp to mark cards as traffic stops by your booth. Please provide a fun fact or two about your business that we can use to help participants learn about your business and find you during the fair.
- There will be a “Best Exhibitor Booth” competition, with winners announced at the end of the fair. As our theme is “Empowering the Creation of New Adventures,” please decorate your space with an adventure or futuristic theme.
- Please let us know if you need additional support (tables, wired internet, electric drops, etc.).
